How long will it take to receive my order?

For preorder items (from our preorder page) please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to packed and shipped. Postage will be dependent on your location, we ship from Sydney.

For everything else, please allow up to 7 handling days for your order to packed and shipped. Postage will be dependent on your location, we ship from Sydney. 

How much is postage?
We offer Free postage for orders $150 or more and for those under we have  set prices depending on the weight or size of your items ordered. Please continue through to checkout once you have selected your items to see your cost.

Do you allow pick up?
Yes we do, we are located in Kings Park Sydney, use code PICK UP to remove postage, and once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange collection.
Please note: the preorder timing and/or in stock time of 2-4 days handling will still be applied if you are picking up an order as we will have previous orders to get through first.

What is your refund/return Policy?

We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake or change of mind. If an items arrives damaged please contact us with photos within 24 hours of them arriving so we can discuss options.

We have perfected our packing process so we experience very few breakages, however in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.

Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part.

  • Once we have received the returned item we will process the refund the next business day onto your original payment method. Please allow approx. 3 business days for the amount to show up on your card/account.

I have placed my order but need to change a name/details

Please send us an email, if we have not started your order, we will happily amend the order.
If we have commenced your order, there will be a charge incurred for changes, it can range from $2-$30 depending on the change required.

Can my bottles/glassware go in the dishwasher?
No, we only recommend hand washing for our items and no soaking in the sink 

How do I apply my decal?
Your decal will arrive with instructions, however if you have an queries or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    I am after something that is not on your website, can you help me?
    Please send us an email or send us a message on our facebook page, we welcome custom orders and will do our best to assist you.

    The colour I want is not in the list, can you order it in?
    Please send us an email or send us a message on our facebook page and we will let you know if we can source what you are after.
